Financial Information

Whenever possible, we will coordinate financial arrangements with your insurance company to lower the out-of-pocket expenses associated with your dental care. We request that you have your insurance information with you each time you visit our practice; please notify us immediately if any changes occur.

Because there are differences between insurance plans, please understand that we can only offer an ESTIMATE of insurance coverage for any given procedure or treatment plan. It is important to understand the details of your policy as it is an agreement between you and your carrier (or your employer and the carrier).

Your estimated portion of fees is due and payable at the time services are rendered. Assignment of benefits is accepted for most insurance providers. As a courtesy, we are happy to file claims on your behalf. Please be aware that you are responsible for any remaining, unpaid portion of the bill not paid in full within 60 days.

If you have any questions, please call our office at 561-404-4325.

Insurance Plans Accepted

We accept many insurance plans toward payment for services rendered. At this time, we are in-network with a number of dental insurance plans through the Premier Dental Group Network PPO.

Call today to learn how we can provide you with outstanding dental care and maximize your dental benefit plan, even if we are out-of-network.

Insurance or no insurance, we have you covered!

At Burman Dental, we do not believe that patients should allow their insurance coverage (or lack thereof) to dictate what treatment is best for them.

Many patients believe that the procedures covered by insurance are the only procedures they should have done. However, this is not always in the best interest of the patient. This is why the team at Burman Dental works closely with our patients, not their insurance companies, to determine the treatment necessary to meet individual needs and desires.

Insurance does not take into consideration patient desires, and this can have a negative effect on the ultimate treatment chosen. When patients follow the suggestions of their insurance companies that want to pay the least amount possible for dental services, patient care can be less than ideal.

For example, an insurance company would rather pay for a tooth extraction and restore with bridges or dentures rather than consider dental implants — a permanent, more viable solution for many patients who are suitable candidates. Dr. Burman and the team at Burman Dental encourage patients to decide what is best for their smile instead of letting their insurance company dictate care based upon what’s best for the insurance company.
